The quality of our pedestals has been confirmed by tests conducted by the Polish Institute of Building Technology and the European Certificate.
The pedestals are mounted to the ground using 6 x 40 or 6 x 60 mm quick release dowels (depending on the thickness of the substrate). The joists are screwed to the pedestal using 3.5 x 25 mm fine threaded stainless steel metal screws.
For sloping ground, the use of dedicated levelling discs made of reinforced polypropylene is required.
You might need leveling discs.Dedicated leveling discs made of reinforced polypropylene are available for the terrace pedestals. For use both under joist supports and under stoneware tile supports.The disc levels the substrate by 1%, 2% or 3%.
You might need pads under joists.The rubber under-beam pad is made of SBR granulate and polyurethane binder. The product is used in the construction industry as a vibration damping element, soundproofing floors, terraces and landings.
