Terms and Conditions of the Sale in the Online Store on liderwood.com

§ 1. General

  1. The organizer of the Sale is Liderwood Daniel Miąskowski Sp. K., the owner of the online store www.liderwood.com, with its registered office in Rumia, Grunwaldzka 29.

  2. The sale is valid exclusively in the online store www.liderwood.com.

  3. These terms and conditions specify the rules, conditions, and scope of the Sale.

  4. Participation in the sale is equivalent to acceptance of these terms and conditions.

§ 2. Duration of the Sale

  1. The sale is valid from 04.03.2025 10:00 until stocks of the promotional products are sold out.

§ 3. Sale Rules

  1. The Sale applies to selected products available in the Liderwood.com online store assortment.

  2. The list of products included in the promotion can be found on the store's website in the dedicated Sale section.

  3. Discounts under the Sale are defined either as a percentage or a fixed amount and are automatically applied when purchasing promotional products.

  4. The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or discount codes.

  5. The promotion does not apply to delivery costs.

§ 4. Purchase Conditions

  1. Placing an order during the sale period constitutes acceptance of the sale prices and sales terms.

  2. The organizer reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of technical errors related to product pricing.

§ 5. Returns and Complaints

  1. Products purchased during the sale are subject to the standard return and complaint policies in accordance with applicable laws and the terms and conditions of the Liderwood.com store.

  2. In the case of returns of products purchased during the promotion, the refunded amount will correspond to the promotional price.

§ 6. Final Provisions
