The Composite Fence Board Premium 3D is the perfect material for quickly assembling solid fences. It is an excellent alternative to natural wood, combining all the advantages of synthetic materials.

Premium fence boards have a wood grain pattern embossed on the surface using high-temperature presses and a polymer coating applied externally. They perfectly resemble natural wood and are extremely durable and easy to clean, ensuring that your fence remains in excellent condition for many years. The polymer coating additionally protects them from color fading and stains.

Designed with easy installation in mind, the Standard boards allow even beginner DIY enthusiasts to independently create a fence or pergola. Thanks to the tongue-and-groove system, the boards connect easily, forming smooth, aesthetic panels. Mounted in a dedicated aluminum post, they guarantee stability and solidity for any structure.

The given price per square meter includes the material surface area. The price per square meter of coverage accounts for the overlapping of the boards.

INSTALLATION AND DOCUMENTS

Installation

The installation is very simple, and practically any DIY enthusiast can assemble a fence or pergola on their own. Individual boards are connected using tongue-and-groove joints, which are stacked on top of each other, while simultaneously sliding the boards into special slots in the dedicated aluminum post. After installing these elements, an aesthetically pleasing fence panel made of durable composite decking boards is created.

Substrate preparation: Before starting the installation, make sure the ground is level, stable, and properly prepared. Remove any obstacles, such as stones or tree roots, that may hinder the installation.
Post placement: Posts should be deeply anchored into the ground (about 20-30 cm) and leveled, then set in concrete. The post can be additionally stabilized with foundation brackets. The spacing should match the length of the boards – the boards in our offer are 180 cm long. Measure the distance, taking into account the slots for the boards in the posts, and remember to leave an expansion gap between the board and the post (about 1 cm on each side).
Bottom strip installation: Horizontal strips are mounted between the posts. They are slid into the slots in the posts. Start by installing the bottom strip – this ensures that the board won’t touch the ground directly and will be protected from moisture and other unfavorable weather conditions.
Board installation: Composite fencing boards are slid into the slots in the posts and stacked on top of each other using tongue-and-groove joints.
Top strip installation – Install the top rail at the very end.
Post finishing: Slots in the posts where no boards have been inserted can be covered with trim strips, and a cap can be placed on top of the post.
