Premium Composite Cladding Board provides a high-quality solution for façade development, combining the aesthetics of natural wood with the durability of modern materials. The technique of pressing the wood pattern at high temperature, together with the application of an external polymer coating, provides resistance to stains and protects the color from fading. The boards are resistant to adverse weather conditions, rotting, decaying and insect attacks. The technology used guarantees a long-lasting service life, while being easy to keep clean.

Montaż i dokumenty

Montaż

Deski elewacyjne układamy na tzw. zakładkę co zapobiega zaciekaniu wody. Aby uzyskać 1 m² powierzchni krycia elewacji, należy użyć 7,4 metra deski.

Montaż jest bardzo prosty i praktycznie każdy majsterkowicz może wykonać elewację we własnym zakresie. Do jej wykonania potrzebujemy jedynie legarów, wkrętów oraz listwy narożnej wykończeniowej. Deski możemy układać na całych ścianach lub tylko na ich części jako elementy ozdobne.

Montaż z izolacją termiczną

Drewniane kantówkę (łatę), montujemy przy pomocy stalowych kątowników bezpośrednio do podłoża.
Kątówkę montujemy w odstępach 350 mm. Przestrzeń pomiędzy kantówkami wypełniamy materiałem izolacyjnym. Na izolacje i kantówki nakładamy folie paroprzepuszczalną, tak aby izolacja mogła wydać parę wodną.
